Good morning…
I got a great 20 minute swim in this morning… 😦 The lifeguard didn’t set her alarm so she was really late! Oh well, I managed to do 15 laps and some water resistant exercises while in the pool. I’ll get my workout helping my girlfriend move tonight. Up and down Steps…hello tight tushy!
For breakfast…. mmmmm
Oats in a jar…. best ever!
So creamy…. in this mix:
- banana
- Bare Naked granola
- PB
- AB
OMG….this is To Die For!
I had no problem at all scrapping this jar clean.
I think I have an Almond Butter jar on the verge of empty….just my luck 🙂
Have you ever had oats in a jar? Its super simple….just dump your oats in there, about 1/2 cup, 1 cup of water and microwave for 2 minutes 🙂
TGIF Dolls….
Hi My Sweet Baby Doll:
You sure are all about those oats ~smile~! I have been meaning to share this recipe called “Baked Oatmeal” with you but I keep forgetting………until now, with reading your blog it jarred my memory……no pun intended ~wink~. There is a story behind this recipe. I went with Lia on her 4th grade, 3 day class trip to Beulah Beach in Vermilion, Ohio https://www.beulahbeach.org. It is a Christian Camp and Retreat Center. Every morning they served all of us a buffet style breakfast and one of the items served was the “Baked Oatmeal”. It was a favorite by all!! I couldn’t help myself, you know me with recipes, and I had to ask for a copy. The head cook was kind enough to share, so in turn I am passing it along to you. Enjoy my favorite Doll!
Love ya, Aunt Cindy xxxooox
