After lunch I headed over to my massage appointment! Of course I had to start the month off right- muscles relaxed and ready for intense tri-training! I am a firm believer in massage. I actually have lower back issues and I think my muscles are too short to support my bones or something?? My muscles are always very tight…I HAVE to stretch. BTW I have no medical background and my self diagnosis is not accurate-I just know that massage always help me stay healthy and active! Here is my massage therapist- CORY! He is excellent!
Cory always gives me stretches to perform while I’m in between massages! This stretch is for runners…it’s called the Iliotibial Band Stretch! It stretches the muscle on the side of your leg:)
After my massage my stomach was rumbling-so I had a quick snack to tide me over…
